1. Notice Period
Either party may terminate or amend an ongoing agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice.
This ensures that all projects, planning, and scheduling can be managed fairly and efficiently.
2. Rescheduling Policy
- Any confirmed shoot that is rescheduled or postponed within 7 calendar days of the agreed shoot date will incur a £250 + VAT rescheduling fee.
- This fee covers time reserved, crew scheduling, pre-production work, and any lost opportunity costs.
- Rescheduling must be confirmed in writing (via email or signed message).
- If a shoot is cancelled entirely within 7 days of the scheduled date, up to 100% of the agreed project cost may still be payable, depending on the stage of work and expenses incurred.
3. Exceptions
In exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness, emergencies, or events beyond reasonable control), Media ZZZ Limited (trading as CJAJ Media) may, at its discretion, waive or adjust the rescheduling fee.
4. Agreement
By booking or confirming a shoot with Media ZZZ Limited (trading as CJAJ Media), the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
